Delivery and collection are available, or customers may collect directly from our base location.
Primary service area
The core service area includes:

- Ipswich
- Ripley
- Springfield and Springfield Lakes
- Yamanto
- Karalee
- Karana Downs
These locations are serviced regularly, with efficient delivery and flexible scheduling.
Extended service area
Delivery is also available to surrounding regions, including:
- Brisbane (selected suburbs)
- Scenic Rim
- Lockyer Valley
- Beaudesert and surrounding areas
Availability for extended locations is subject to distance, access, and scheduling.
Delivery coverage
Delivery and pickup are available within approximately 80 km of Peak Crossing, subject to:
- Access conditions
- Equipment availability
- Scheduling requirements
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. Please refer to the Delivery & Pickup page for pricing.
Collection option
Customers are welcome to collect equipment directly from Peak Crossing.
Please ensure:
- A suitable towing vehicle is available
- The Elecbrakes app is installed prior to arrival
- Identification is provided at pickup
